About these terms

pastorbm.com is run by Ben Michael Ministries, the ministry of Pastor Ben Michael (“Pastor BM”), in Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria. These terms apply to everything on the site: reading it, your account, the challenges, the School of Ministry and testimonies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

• Use your real name and an email address you control. Each account is for one person.
• You sign in with codes sent to your email, so keep your email account secure, and never share a sign-in code with anyone — we will never ask you for one.
• You must be 13 or older, and give your real date of birth. From 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to you creating an account and taking part (see our Safeguarding Policy).
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Challenges and quizzes

• Taking part is free. Join a challenge, then send one report for each day, up to the current day.
• Report honestly. When a day has a quiz, you take it before that day’s report, and you have one attempt.
• Your full name (first name and initial if you are under 18), quiz points and the number of days you reported appear on the challenge leaderboard, which other signed-in participants can see.
• We may correct or remove entries that are made in error or that abuse the challenge, and we may change a challenge’s days or questions when needed.
• Leaderboards are for encouragement. There are no prizes unless we announce them.

What you share with us

• Your reports, applications and testimonies remain yours. By sending them, you let us store and use them to run the ministry’s programmes and follow up with you.
• We publish a testimony, with your name and any photo you provide, only with your permission, and we will take it down if you ask.
• Keep what you share respectful and true. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or abusive, or anything that is not yours to share.

The Pastor BM WhatsApp platform

The WhatsApp platform is run on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and is for adults (18 and over). Members can see each other’s phone numbers, and the group’s administrators may remove anyone who breaks its rules.

Our content

The teaching, videos, text and images on this site belong to Ben Michael Ministries or are used with permission. You are welcome to use them for your own spiritual growth and to share links to them. Please do not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• try to get into accounts, data or parts of the site that are not yours;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or collect its data with automated tools;
• pretend to be someone else, including Pastor BM or the ministry.

Spiritual teaching, not professional advice

The content here is for spiritual teaching and encouragement. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; please speak to a qualified professional about those matters.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, Ben Michael Ministries is not responsible for losses caused by using, or being unable to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
